On October 24, 2016 birth anniversary of the prominent poet and playwright Huseyn Javid was celebrated in Podgorica.
Representatives of the Diplomatic Mission of the Azerbaijan in Montenegro, Azerbaijan – Montenegro Cultural and Economical center and Azerbaijani community attended the event at the Kings park in Podgorica and paid tribute in honor of Huseyn Javid by leaving flowers at his bust.
